During peak healthcare demand periods, patients struggle to compare clinic queue conditions quickly. We aimed to reduce uncertainty by surfacing waiting-time context in a mobile-first flow.
We built Q.Now as a Flutter app targeting Android/iOS with plugin-backed local capabilities. The available snapshot confirms platform scaffolding and dependency wiring; business-layer Dart modules are not fully present in the packed files, so some internal flow details remain UNKNOWN.
Tech choices were selected for fast hackathon iteration, clear separation of concerns, and deployable paths beyond demo scope.
System architecture is shown as a single cleaned diagram for readability.
A key takeaway was balancing speed and reliability in mobile health UX. For long-term maintainability, we would improve architectural documentation and keep app-layer feature modules explicitly mapped to user journeys.
