Cross-chain transfers and token representations are fragmented across ecosystems, making simple peer-to-peer exchange paths hard to orchestrate safely.
NexusWrap prototypes dual primitives: an on-chain atomic swap contract and a wrapped token contract, plus a React/Web3 UI and Express API endpoints intended for swap/wrap/interledger operations.
Tech choices were selected for fast hackathon iteration, clear separation of concerns, and deployable paths beyond demo scope.
System architecture is shown as a single cleaned diagram for readability.
The core lesson was that protocol design can be clear before full integration completeness. If expanded, we would complete route implementations, formalize ABI/address management, and add end-to-end integration tests across ledgers.
